Article 5 Section 30. “Multi-faith Services – refer to the provision of an environment conducive to free expression of one’s religious orientation in accordance with institutional principles and policies.”
30.1 “The HEI shall be encouraged to ensure that the right of religion is respected.”
30.2 “The HEI must provide mechanism for the use of facilities.”
This waiver and commitment form are for students who wish to join your Chi Alpha group and is already a member of a local church. This kind of students must have their pastor sign a waiver, acknowledging their participation to your Chi Alpha group.

This document is the latest memo published by Department of Education that permits religious institutions such as your community church to conduct a scheduled time of religious instruction in high school as an alternative to Values Education.
